OVERVIEW 
Hockey is unquestionably a game of goals. However, many players think the harder the shot the better. It has been shown that the quicker and more accurate the shot, the more goals you will score. The most difficult shot to stop is the shot no-one expects!

Over the course of the week we will go over the proper techniques of the various shots, scoring tips, and then you will need to provide the time for practice, and more practice.
